•  $95./night. 2 night minimum
•  Add $15./night per extra person
•  Pets: $10./night.
•  All rates are double occupancy, plus 10% local bed tax.

BED & BREAKFAST POLICIES

•  Breakfast in room;  the kitchen is stocked with assorted breakfast items,
  such as seasonal fruit, assorted breads, oatmeal, eggs, coffee, teas, milk
  & juice,  

•  Reservations: 1 night deposit will hold your reservation,
  the balance may be paid at check in.

•  Check in: anytime after 4pm . (It's a separate building from the main house,
  so late arrivals won't disturb anyone else)

•  Check out 11:a.m.

•  Your clean, well behaved pet is welcome.

•  Children 8 years and older welcome

•  Open all year

Cancellations 

•  48 hours notice for refund, less $25. cancellation fee

•  14 Days notice required for holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4^th, 
  Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.  

WEEKLY *VACATION RENTAL RATES

•  2 persons: $450.

•  3 persons:$475. 

•  4 persons: $495.

•  Your clean, well behaved pet is welcome, add $70./week

•  + 10% local bed tax

7 Nights, bed linens & towels are included and the kitchen has a full size stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, utensils and dinnerware – an ideal home away from home!

*This special weekly rate does not include breakfast or maid service.
